Necronomichrist

Progressive Death Metal



Necronomichrist is a 6 piece Progressive Death Metal band based out of Athol, MA. They originally formed in 2006 and have been working on writing and getting comfortable in their sound. 2010 is looking to be a big year for the band with the release of their new E.P. titled "The Intimacy of Armageddon". Necronomichrist is currently booking and playing shows in the New England area so keep an eye out for them and the release of their 5 song 30 minute long E.P. in early 2010

Granted this is Jesse Leech's (ex-vocalist of Killswitch Engage, Seemless) new band I felt compelled to post this. They're still underground and not signed to a huge label or anything but this is a really cool album. I think of it as a mix between Meshuggah and Candiria. Check it out.
